Norton Concludes 10th Annual Salvation Army Adopt-A-Family Christmas Campaign

Norton’s history with the Salvation Army Adopt-A-Family campaign began in 2002, when then newly-hired Norton Financial Services Employee Bonny Buck suggested that Norton “adopt a family” for Christmas.  What sealed the deal was Bonny’s offer to give one of her near-legendary chocolate chip cookies to each employee who contributed a gift for the family.  From this modest beginning, and with Bonny’s tireless work, humor and cookies, Norton’s 2012 Adopt-A-Family program has grown to include six greater Portland families.  This is an employee-driven program, with all 66 of the gifts purchased coming from our team’s generosity.  Norton Financial and Norton Insurance are extremely proud of our staff’s dedication to making the holidays brighter for those in need this Christmas.
